Is there a free plan?
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial that includes Team features. You don't need a card to start, and nothing is charged unless you buy.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one named person. You can move a seat from one teammate to another on your account page at any time.
Can I add seats in the middle of a year?
Yes. You pay only for the rest of your current billing period, and the new seats renew with the others.
I'm on an older Basic or Pro plan. What happens to it?
Nothing changes. Your plan and price stay as they are until you choose to switch.
How do I cancel?
From your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
