Separate AWS accounts without browser profiles

One identity per console

Open production in a red identity and staging in an amber one. Both stay signed in, and the tab color tells you which one you are in before the page loads.

Share the set with on-call

Save the consoles as a workspace and share it, so whoever is on call opens the same accounts.
